Details on Component Data for Pressure Closed-loop Controller
Information about the component data dialog for pressure closed-loop controller.
The pipe section between shut-off device (MSV) and pressure closed-loop controller will not be considered in the Technical Rules for Gas Installations TRGI, but is detected and calculated by the Pipe Network Calculation Gas. The results of this pipe section, however, will not be relevant for the result according to TRGI. As the pressure closed-loop controller (PC) and the MSV are part of the house connection pipe, they are property of the municipal gas supplier (MGS). The pressure at the MSV must be higher than the sum of the minimum pressure difference at the Pressure closed-loop controller and the pressure at the closed-loop controller´s outlet.

Calculation
Pressure at closed-loop controller outlet: The value is proposed with 23 mbar and can be adjusted if necessary.
Nominal diameter
The nominal diameter results either from the calculated dimension of the pipe section (entry = Pipe section) or it can be preset (e.g. DN20).
Minimum pressure difference: This pressure difference is the working pressure which the closed-loop controller requires to reach the target value. The default minimum pressure difference is 10 mbar. If, for instance, the target outlet pressure is 23 mbar and the minimum pressure difference is 10 mbar, then the required pressure at the MSV must be higher than 23 + 10 mbar, i.e. 33 mbar.
Connections
The connection type can be selected from the drop-down list. When choosing Standard, the connection is set by the program.
