Quantity split Linear Revit

The quantity split shows the components (bill of quantity items) that make up the selected partial service. When exporting to GAEB, catalog references are created for the item number, reference level, system and cost classification, which can then be used for further commercial processing, such as quantity calculation and cost documentation.

Nonconforming components are marked in the first column. When selecting a nonconforming component, a detailed message about the error is displayed.

Table column Description
Item number If you have assigned item numbers in the model, this column contains the item number of the respective component.
Reference level Level in the model to which the component is linked.
System Indicates the calculation system to which the component belongs.
Quantity, QU The quantity together with the quantity unit (QU) form the quantity takeoff determined according to the standard for the respective component.
KG The cost group to which the component belongs. If cost groups have been assigned to the components in the model, they are read out and displayed here. The cost group cannot be changed at this point.
Show: Selects the components of the currently selected rows in the model. Use the Shift or Ctrl key, or select consecutive rows by holding down the mouse button to select multiple rows.
