Area material data in Heating and Potable water of the LINEAR Solutions for Autodesk Revit

Pipes and Insulations ...

Opens the Pipes and Insulations dialog where you can assign material to the pipes in the model. You can select material from all installed manufacturer datasets and automatically assign different materials based on the location of the pipes, for example. If required, you can create user-defined entries that can be assigned manually.

All material definitions can be provided with insulation for the calculation.

Valves ...

Opens the dialog Valves where you define which valves are used throughout the project or which valves should be available for local assignment for individual components. User-defined valves are also available for selection here.

Data set entry ...

Opens the Curve data dialog in which you can create your own data sets including model series and nominal diameters for valves or duct components.

Pumps ...

Opens the dialog Pump selection, in which you can select a pump model from all installed manufacturer datasets and assign it to the desired components in the model.

Assign radiator connector ... (Discipline Heating)

Opens the dialog Assign radiator connection, where you can select connection sets from all installed manufacturer datasets, define the connection position and select a pipe system for the radiators in the model.

Installation type (Discipline Potable Water)

Opens the dialog Type of installation, where you can define a manufacturer-specific installation type for discharge valves in the model. Depending on the selected installation type, the corresponding material is automatically added to the parts list.

Additional material ...

Opens the dialog Additional material, in which you can add further material to the standard accessories.
