General Setting

Explains the concept for general settings regarding the air duct network calculation.

Before you start calculating the pipe network after the design, you should make the settings relevant to the calculation in order to achieve realistic results as quickly as possible.

Check the settings for the system types to be included in the calculation and decide whether the entire network or only parts of it should be included in the calculation. Enter the geographic altitude of the project to correctly determine air pressures, adjust the average temperature and humidity of the outside air, and set dimensioning defaults.
