Material Data
Explains the concept of the material data in the duct network calculation (ventilation).
When calculating duct networks, the data of the materials assigned to the individual components of the duct network are taken into account. In addition, the materials assigned to the duct sections are output in the parts list. In the section Material data, you will find the functions for assigning the duct material and insulation to be used to your network.
If necessary, install additional suitable data sets so that more manufacturer systems are available to you. Manufacturer data sets can be downloaded via the LINEAR Installation Center.
If the supplied or subsequently installed data sets do not cover the requirements of your project, you can also create user-defined duct components and assign your own pressure loss data or data based on manufacturer data to these components.
