The required licenses are not found
Problem
You cannot use the software because previously purchased licenses are no longer found.
Multiple software protection mechanisms
Multiple software protection mechanisms are used in your working environment.
Solution
- Check your search setting in the LINEAR Admin and select the mechanism actually used from the corresponding drop-down list.
License file has not been imported
The latest license file received was not imported (according to the instructions in the corresponding email).
Solution
- Import the last *.linlic or *.lic license file received by e-mail. Follow the instructions in the email.
You use CADinside
When starting the CAD platform CADinside, the required licenses are not available.
Solution
- Use the CAD platforms AutoCAD or Revit, or
- contact your sales partner.
Expired licenses
If your licenses have expired, you will no longer be able to use the software.
Solution
- Contact your sales partner.
