Configure ventilation at project level

Shows step-by-step how to set the ventilation system at the project level.

Before you begin

You would like to configure the ventilation system for your project.

Navigate to:

Module overview ➤ Heat load ➤ Project level ➤ General heat load data ➤ Ventilation

Procedure

  1. Enter the Air change rate n(50) manually or click to select a category.
  2. Select a ventilation system from the drop-down list.
  3. Enter the efficiency of the heat recovery system η value (HR).
  4. If necessary, specify an individual simultaneously effective percentage of ventilation due to infiltration. Click resets the value to 0.5.
  5. Activate the Shaft building option if you would like to use height correction factors according to DIN 4701.
  6. Activate the Check air volume balance option if you would like to see the air volume balance for the building in the protocol output.

Results

The ventilation at project level is configured.
