About Interference spaces
Explains the concept of interference spaces using Revit subcategories in relation to the LoG.
Subcategories in Revit are used to control the display and visibility of different geometry components in a family. For example, the control panel of a manufacturer-specific heat generator can be assigned to a subcategory, which is only displayed with all details when a corresponding LoG is selected.
If you generate interference spaces for your families with the LoG Assistant tool, the corresponding subcategories are created automatically and the interference spaces are assigned to the corresponding subcategories. This allows a focused display or hiding of operating or installation spaces in individual views of your project.
