Moving a Symbol

Shows step-by-step how you can move symbols in your pipe run scheme.

Before you begin

You want to move a symbol in your pipe run scheme.

Navigate to:

Project - tab ➤ Discipline ➤ Planning type 2D Scheme Planning ➤ Create - tab ➤ Storeys and generators ➤ Scheme generator, Heating/Potable water/Waste water/Gas ...

Procedure

Select a symbol and, keeping the left mouse button pressed, drag it to the symbol field to which the symbol is to be moved.

Note: Using the multiple selection you can move several symbols at the same time.

A minus icon appears at the cursor.
Release the left mouse button to move the symbol to the desired symbol field.

Results

The symbol has been moved.
