Moving Symbols to Another Pipe Run

Shows step-by-step how to move symbols of your pipe run scheme to another pipe run.

Before you begin

You want to move symbols from a pipe run scheme to another pipe run.

Navigate to:

Project - tab ➤ Discipline ➤ Planning type 2D Scheme Planning ➤ Create - tab ➤ Storeys and generators ➤ Scheme generator, Heating/Potable water/Waste water/Gas ...

Applies to Heating, Potable water, Waste water and Gas.

Procedure

Select the symbol you want to move and drag it to one of the pipe run buttons in the lower part of the schematic view while holding down the left mouse button.

Note: Using the multiple selection you can move several symbols to another pipe run at the same time.

A minus icon appears at the cursor.
Release the left mouse button over a pipe run buttons.

Results

The symbol is now in the same position on the same storey of the other pipe run.
