Configuring Storey Options

Shows step-by-step how to configure the options for a storey in your scheme.

Before you begin

You would like to configure the storey options of a storey in a scheme.

Requirement:

Your project contains at least one storey.

Navigate to:

Project - tabDisciplinePlanning type 2D Scheme PlanningCreate - tabStoreys and generatorsScheme generator, Heating/Potable water/Waste water/Gas ...

Applies to Heating, Potable water, Waste water and Gas.

Procedure

  1. Click a pipe run button of a storey (, ).
    The following context menu opens.

  2. Select the menu item Storey options....
    The Storey options dialog opens.

  3. Enter the height of the floor construction of the storey and, if necessary, the suspended ceiling.
  4. If necessary, adjust the pipe routing of the current pipe run.
  5. Optional: Click Transfer to transfer the selected pipe routing to other pipe runs and/or storeys. In the context menu that appears, select whereon you would like to transfer the pipe routing.
  6. Specify whether the ascending pipe run of the storey is to be provided with a pipe partitioning of fire resistance class R-90 in the case of wall or ceiling lead-throughs.
  7. Optional: Click Transfer to transfer the selected R-90 pipe partitioning to other pipe runs and/or storeys. In the context menu that appears, select whereon you would like to transfer the pipe partitioning.
  8. Close the dialog with OK.

Results

The storey options are set.
