Details on Floor Data for the New Storey
Information about the dialog Floor Data of the New Storey when inserting copied storeys.
When copying storeys, you can use this dialog to change certain data of the floor and ceiling areas (or roof areas) of the new storey. If you do not want to make any changes, click Ignore.
For all calculation methods based on EN 12831-1 (2017), the rooms are automatically linked and entries in this dialog are not required.

Change Floor FL
Enabled: Unlocks the input fields of the area where you enter the data to be changed for the floor areas of the new storey. After confirming your entries with OK, the entered values/variables for the new storey are applied and the storey is added to the Building Structure.
FL adjoining to
Defines to what the floor surfaces of the new floor are adjoined.
U-value
Defines the U-value of the floor surfaces of the new storey. You can enter values or variables.
: Opens the Select Component dialog, where you can select a component stored in the master tables with the associated U-value variable.

Defines the adjoining temperature for the floor surfaces of the new storey. You can enter values or variables.
: Opens the Temperatures dialog, where you can select a variable from a list of predefined temperature variables and create your own temperature variables.
Change Ceiling CE
Defines the adjoining temperature for the floor surfaces of the new storey. You can enter values or variables.
Enabled: Unlocks the input fields and the checkboxes of the area, where you enter the data to be changed for the ceiling as roof areas of the new storey. After confirming your entries with OK, the entered values/variables for the new storey are applied and the storey is added to the Building Structure.
Change Ceiling CE to roof RO
Enabled: All ceiling areas of the storey are changed to roof areas.
U-value
Defines the U-value of the ceiling/roof areas of the new storey. You can enter values or variables.
: Opens the Select Component dialog, where you can select a component stored in the master tables with the associated U-value variable.
dUTB
Defines the thermal bridge supplement of the ceiling/roof areas of the new storey. You can enter values or variables.
: Opens the Thermal Bridge Supplements dialog, where you can select a supplement from a list of predefined thermal bridge supplements and their variables, and create your own variables for thermal bridge supplements.
