Constructing Networks

Learn how to create pipe and duct networks, design slots and openings and manage discipline-related reports and tasks.

The creation of pipe networks in the heating, cooling, potable water, waste water, ventilation, gas and fire protection disciplines includes, for example, the construction of pipes and ducts with neutral or manufacturer-specific material and the connection of pipes, ducts and components. You can use the Pipe offset function to solve any collisions between pipes amongst each other or with other elements in the model.

Use the functions of the Radiant Heating and Cooling discipline to create radiant heating and radiant cooling circuits on previously defined construction areas.

You can use the functions of the Electrical discipline to design cable routes, cable ladders or empty conduits for the installation of electrical technology. The tools for solving collisions are also available here.

Use the functions of the Void planning discipline to check collisions and place void proposals for solving them in a single step.

The functions of the Issues and tasks tab support you when exchanging project-relevant information and managing tasks within a project.
