Filtering Views

Shows step-by-step how to filter the list of suitable views.

Before you begin

You want to filter the list of suitable views by sheet, work or user view.

Requirement:

You have selected at least one view for use on sheets or with user names.

Navigate to:

Project tab ➤ Suitable views

Procedure

Open the tab containing the views you want to filter.
Click and deactivate the
- Work views - general to hide all work views.
- Work views - user name to hide your own views.
- Work views - other users to hide other users' views.
- Views used in sheets to hide sheet views.

Results

Depending on your selection, only the desired views will be displayed in the list of suitable views.
