About the Partial Network End

Explains the concept of the Partial network end in relation to its technical data dialog.

The component Partial network end may be used in very different ways. This component may, for instance, signify a pipe network constructed in another model. The component may be used either to split a network into interdependent partial networks or to symbolize any consumer device within the network. If the partial network end is used as a consumer device, the respective thermal capacity or the mass flow rate has to be specified before the pipe network can be calculated.

If the partial network end is used as a junction to a partial network, it has to be connected to the partial network start of the partial network.
