Editing Partial Sections
Shows step-by-step how to set calculation-relevant data for individual pipe sections.
Before you begin
You have calculated a pipe network and want to adjust or supplement the data of selected pipe sections.
Requirement:
The pipe network has been designed and calculated.
Note:
Values entered locally have priority over settings.
Navigate to:
Applies to Waster Water.
Procedure
- In the section Pipe sections, select the desired pipe section.
- Click on Edit....
The Pipe section dialog opens.
- If required, select the Type of pipe for the respective section from the drop-down list.
- In the section Geometry, enter the desired gradient of the section, if necessary, deviating from the determined value.
- If you want to limit the Dimensions available for the design of this pipe section, enter the desired values under Minimum and Maximum.
- In the section Building data, select a suitable building type to assign a different discharge coefficient to the partial section.
Results
The adjusted data has been assigned to the selected pipe section and is used in the calculation.
