Note: If you have used the function Consider apartments with the same name and number as one apartment to connect two apartments, all settings in this area will be transferred to the respective connected apartment.

Ventilation System

Ventilation System:

Here you can set a ventilation system for the building unit in deviation from the project settings. The setting from the project level is adopted for now.

Eta Value (Heat Recovery):

Enter the efficiency of the heat recovery system in percent. It is only used if a supply and extract air system is available. The efficiency is then used to calculate the supply air temperature of supply air rooms.
