Details on the "3D Design (General)" Tab in the Configuration

Information about the 3D Construction (general) tab in the LINEARConfiguration.

In this dialog, you make settings for 3D objects with “Inplace Modeling”, i.e. 3D air ducts, 3D pipes and radiant heating circuits.

Connection arrows, reference lines, pipe axes, edge display in shaded mode: Select the colors, line types and sizes or line thicknesses of the construction aids.

UCS symbol: You can make the UCS symbol, which is usually hidden during construction, visible by removing the check mark.

Graphics performance - Save proxy graphics: Proxy graphics are objects created with a program that is not available on the current computer. These objects can be displayed and plotted using other CAD-based software. If you save proxy graphics as well, this can significantly increase the size of the file. You can deactivate the co-saving of proxy graphics.
