Rotating Components

Before you begin

You want to rotate a component that has already been installed in a pipe or duct.

Navigate to:

Project tab ➤ Discipline ➤ 3D - Model planning ➤ Create tab ➤ Command group Pipes ➤ Rotate component <

Initial situation:

The control wheel is to be rotated forward by 90° in the following situation.

Procedure

Click on the Rotate component < button.
In the drawing, click on the component that you want to rotate.

The following context menu opens.
Select Rotate around axis in the context menu.
Enter the rotation angle in the command line, for example 90°, or show the orientation with the mouse pointer.
Press Enter.

Results

The component has been rotated.
