About modular operation

Explains the general operating concept in the dialogs of the Dynamic cooling load module.

Handling windows

Optionally, you can open this module’s dialogs individually (entry window fixed) or arrange them adjoining one another in parallel (entry window detached). Clicking on the pin activates the other display mode in each case.

If the input windows are unfixed, several dialogs can be opened at the same time. The position and size of the windows can be determined freely. The entry windows remain open, until they are closed with a click on the X, OK or Cancel or until you change the level. All window positions and sizes are saved and restored with the next opening of the project.

If the entry windows are fixed, invariably only one dialog at a time can be opened. An open dialog is placed in the center of the workspace and cannot be resized.

Buttons and Tooltips

For some dialogs, the entries made or the calculation results entered are displayed in the area of the corresponding button. Such dialogs include, for example, locality and climate data, the selected computation process from the Method tab in the Settings dialog or the cooling load accruing from internal loads at room level.
