Details on Disciplines
Information on the Disciplines dialog.
In the Disciplines dialog, you can assign the required media to each discipline from all available media. In addition, you can create your own disciplines based on the standard disciplines provided. All settings you make here are saved in the current drawing. If you would like to change settings permanently, create a corresponding template file.

Table
This table displays the disciplines with the assigned trade. You can add your own disciplines to the table by right-clicking and copying a default discipline. You can then rename the new discipline and assign a different trade to it if necessary. Via right-click you can still adjust this discipline or delete it again if necessary. Self-defined disciplines automatically have the default settings and symbols of the respective copied standard discipline.
Name
Displays the name of a discipline. For user-defined disciplines, the name can be freely defined.
Trade
Displays the trade assigned to the adjacent discipline. For user-defined disciplines, any of the available trades can be assigned. The trade defines on which layers parts are created,
Media for ...
Lists all media from the media table. Select the check box for all media to be available in the currently selected discipline.
Trades..., Media...
Trades ...
Opens the Trades dialog where you can edit the name and abbreviations of the trades and create new trades.
Media
Opens the Media Table dialog where you manage and parameterize all available media.
