Details on Construction Height
Information about the Construction height section in 3D Floor planning the 3D Construction and the 3D Front-wall installation.
In the Construction height section, you determine the height at which the following objects are drawn by setting the storey, reference edge and, if necessary, an offset. After the construction height has been selected, the UCS (User Coordinate System) is raised to the corresponding Z height and the following commands create objects at the set height.
You are here:
Indicate height
After activating command the, you can click any point in your drawing to adopt its height as the current construction height. The height of the selected point in relation to the selected reference edge is then entered in the Offset from reference height field.
Storey information
Determines in which storey the following objects will be drawn. The offered storeys are taken from the Storey table.
Reference edge
Use the buttons (Reference edge unfinished floor), (Reference edge floor construction), (Reference edge suspended ceiling) and (Reference edge unfinished ceiling) to set the desired reference edge for the construction height. The reference edges are taken from the storey table.
Offset to reference height
Enter a value for the offset to the current reference edge, if necessary with a negative sign. If you select another reference edge after entering an offset, the entered value refers to the newly selected reference edge. If this field is empty or contains a zero, the set reference edge corresponds to the Construction height.
