Dimensioning of Cooling Convectors

Explains the concept of cooling convector dimensioning.

With the Cooling convectors - Dimensioning module, you can design rooms, apartments, storeys or building parts with cooling convectors automatically and in accordance with standards, based on the calculated cooling load or on general area values. You can subsequently adjust the dimensioning if necessary.

A large number of cooling convector models are available for dimensioning in the manufacturer databases. These include both VDI and BDH models. If necessary, you can also import new manufacturer data.

After the design, you can have the dimesioned cooling convectors drawn into your CAD program and connected. The CAD model is then directly connected to the calculation in the cooling convector module. Further adjustments can be made in CAD as well as in LINEAR Building.

As a result, both a detailed material list is created and extensive printouts are offered.
