Aligning Elements
Shows step-by-step how to use the Align elements < command to align elements in a scheme with other elements.
Before you begin
You want to align elements in a scheme horizontally or vertically to other elements.
Navigate to:
Applies to: Scheme.
Procedure
- Click on Align elements <.
- In the diagram, select an element to which you want to align an element, e.g. a vertical or horizontal pipe.
The selected reference pipe is highlighted with a broken blue line, in this case on the vertical axis.
- Select the line of an element that you want to align with the selected reference line, e.g. the left side of a urinal. Note: You can also select the middle of an element, e.g. to align a urinal to the center.
Results
The selected element is aligned with the reference line.
Note: The command remains active and you can align further elements as required.
