The settings in this dialog are independent of the project.

Presettings

User name: The name used in comments and for assigning tasks.

Screenshot quality: The quality of the screenshots attached to issues. Higher quality means more memory is needed.

Image processing: The image processing program for external processing of screenshots. Click to select another image processing program.

Workflows

Types, Priorities: In the Name column, you can rename an existing entry and link it to the required type or priority in the Type or Priority column. You can delete rows with Del. The last row is empty and can be filled with user-defined entries. A new row is created as soon as you have activated the edit mode in the last row in the Name column by double-clicking it.

Status: In the Name column, you can rename an existing entry and link it to the desired status in the Status column. In the Resolution column, you configure different end states for the Closed status. The last row is empty and can be filled with user-defined entries. A new row is created as soon as you have activated the edit mode in the last row in the Name column by double-clicking it.

Transitions: Configure possible status changes and define the name of individual transitions. User-defined transitions are available in the Issue section under Workflows. The first column is automatically filled according to the selection in the columns from status and to status.
