Information about the component data dialog for the Partial network start.
The partial network start serves as a placeholder for a single drainage element or for a partial network.

Name
Specifies the name of the component. You can modify the name. Clicking 
restores the default setting.
Partial network start is a single drainage element
Enabled: The partial network start may be used as a drainage element or as a rain drain. For drainage elements, enter the data in the Sewage water section, and for rain drains, enter the data in the Rainwater section.
In order to correctly identify the system class (sewage water, rainwater or mixed water) of the connected section parts, the network has to be redetected.
