Before you begin

You want to configure a uniform solar shading for all windows in your project.

Navigate to:

Model selection ➤ Cooling load short procedure ➤ Project level ➤ Shading device/clouding

Cooling load short procedure solar protection Linear Building

Procedure

Activate the option Globally.
Select the Type of shading.
Set the Shading factor Fs and the Shading device Fc.

Results

They have configured centralized solar shading for all of the project's exterior windows. The globally assigned values are used for calculation.
