About Task Management

Explains the concept of task management in the context of the issues and tasks tab.

The issues and tasks tab is also suitable for task management. You can assign responsibilities, set deadlines and priorities and track the status of tasks. Task statuses can be configured by the user and are available in the Issue section under Workflows. The standard workflow is shown in the following graphic:

The circles represent the status, the arrows the default workflow steps.

The information relevant to task management is also saved when exporting a topic to a BCF file and can be viewed by other project participants.
