Enter the path for the folder which contains the DWG files to be changed. You may enter the path directly or click the 
button to select the directory.

Activate the check boxes of the properties you want to change.
old/new color, old/new layer name, old/new line type, old/new line thickness
Of the properties you want to change, enter the old property and what new property it should be replaced with and click Edit so that the DWG files in the selected directory are changed.
