Information on the technical data dialog for t-pieces.
A T-piece represents a branch or a junction of pipes in the waste water network. You can have T-pieces drawn in automatically using the Fittings < command. A T‑ piece is characterized by three connection points with a pipe connected to each.

Name
Shows the name of the component. You cannot modify the name.
Settings Pressure loss
For T-pieces, you can enter the Zeta values individually. If you calculate according to ÖVGW G11, the zeta value for all components is determined by the program and the field is deactivated.
After calculating the pipe network, the installation situation of the T-piece is also displayed. The installation position is indicated by the black, not grayed-out description text.
Zeta values for flow separation are always added to the subsequent partial section in the calculation.
