Insulation Applications

Explains the concept of insulation applications in the Waste Water Pipe Network Calculation.

The dialog Assign insulating material allows you to select insulation for various applications and to assign it to pipes in the drawing. You can define custom applications and save the configuration in a separate file.

Each entry is defined by the name of the application. If the insulating material or insulation thickness of an application is changed retrospectively, after clicking OK, the changes are automatically effective for all pipes that have been assigned this application. This enables materials changes to be carried out with minimal effort even in large networks.
